H2JTech

Selected project work

We take on a few development projects at a time.

Alongside its own products, H2J Tech builds software for businesses whose problems fit the way the company already builds: focused scopes, maintainable code, and products that are actually finished.

What we take on

Five categories, kept short on purpose. Everything inside them is work the company already does for its own products.

  • 01

    Custom business software

Internal or customer-facing software built around one specific workflow.

  • 02

    Web application development

Fast, accessible web applications — from a working first version onward.

  • 03

    API & backend engineering

Well-documented APIs and reliable backend services your other systems call.

  • 04

    Integrations & automation

Connecting the tools a business already uses, so manual steps disappear.

  • 05

    Architecture & modernization

Reviewing and untangling a system that has outgrown its first design.

  • Don't see your shape of problem? Describe it anyway — the best engagements often start slightly outside the list.

What a good engagement looks like

  • A clearly defined problem — “this workflow costs us hours every week”, not “we need AI”.
  • A business process worth improving, where software meaningfully changes the outcome.
  • A scope that can be built, verified, and handed over — not an open-ended seat.
  • A client who wants maintainable software, not the cheapest possible patch.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Conversation

Describe the business problem, the outcome you want, and the rough scope. No form quizzes — just a discussion.

  2. 02

    Estimate & scope

You get a short, concrete proposal: what will be built, what is explicitly out of scope, and what it takes.

  3. 03

    Milestones

Work happens in visible increments you can try, so direction gets corrected early — not at delivery.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, deployment, and a clear picture of what running the system involves going forward.

Tell us the problem, not the stack.

A project enquiry works best when it says three things: the business problem, the outcome you want, and the rough scope or timeline. That's enough for a first conversation — H2J Tech will ask about the technology afterwards.

Project slots are limited by the same team that builds and runs the H2J Tech products. If the fit is not right, we will say so.
